SHIPPING POLICY

Here at Shiky Skin, we OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS $49 AND UP.

For all other orders, we offer $4.99 flat rate shipping.

Our current processing time is 3-7 business days. We will notify you as soon as your order ship or if we foresee any issue fulfilling your order.

After your order has been shipped please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking number to be trackable.

Tracking details with be sent to the email address provided at check out. We highly advise our customers to review their order. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT!!! We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address provided.

We are NOT responsible for ANY lost items. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered and you failed to receive it, please contact United States Postal Service. USPS customer service 1(800)275-8777

Packages undeliverable by USPS will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

If Shiky Skin makes a mistake by sending you the wrong item, please contact us immediately, we will be sure to send you the correct item.

All items are inspected before shipping.

You can cancel for a full return for any unshipped item. Once you receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number we can no longer cancel your order.
